wasted my shirt bit cloth, by improper cutting and stiching

Recently i bought cloth for my shirt and pant at a big shop and gave it to Sweet tailor to stitch them, he stitched them improperly, he has wasted my time and money, he took nearly 12 days for delivery, even then his stitching is not good and ironing is improper. he uses cheap labor for cutting and stitching, i have decided not to go there further more...
