unauthorised bank transaction

i looked up loans online a few months ago n came across wentworth direct basically i never got nor wanted a loan from them two days ago i went to my bank to take out my childrens child benifit and noticed a transaction for £69.95 had been taken without my consent after going to my bank i was told to contact them ive tried to no avail pls help
