Unapproved charges

I logged on to score sence to review my free credit report only to find out I was charge $ from my checking account for the service I did not request. When I contacted them for a refund and to cancel what I didn't order they did cancel the service but said they could not refund me the money because it was beyond the 7 days review period. I had no idea I was signing up for anything so I didn't know about it until the charges hit my account
