They are befouling the customers and making money

It an authorized service station at Shastri Nagar, Ghazibad. I gave my car there for accidental workand and thereafter service. First they tried to deny insurance claim outrightly thereafter they entertained on warning of not taking insuarnce from them in future. During service the employees there are habitual of removing accessories and tools like pana to please their near dear persons by removing the same from cars of general customers. When customer complaint, they pay no heed. I am the sufferer. The employees pay very indifferent approach to while attending customers. All the service complaints are not attended but charged for. They do not derseve to carry master service status any more of Maruti Udyog. They are befouling the customers and making money.
