I wanted to buy a coat (coast 129 euros)
in Blandcharstown, Dublin 15 but they
were no more in stock. I waited two
weeks and calling on Tuesday and
Thursday to know if they recieved
it.Yesterday evening I went to the shop
and there was the manager and said that
they won't recieve it so she rang the
Zara on Henry street and they had one
left. She put it in hold for 24 hours. I
rang her back today 'cause I couldn't go
as I finish work late and didn't depend
on my will. I explained her I really
want it and could only come back to the
shopping center in blandchardstown as I
work near by. She told me that it's not
possible as it's not part of your
policies and said I'm sorry but my
problem is not resolve. The thing is
that I don't understand why it's
possible in France (where I come from)as
I always go to Zara in Lyon and here
it's not possible. I never had problems
before and go very often to your shop. I
also sugest to come and pay in advance
to be shure about the hold or even pay
the transport from a shop to another.
I'm extremely not satisfy with this way
of doing and can't understand why there
are two ways of service even if it's in
a different country.
Best Regards,
