Scam

Another scam attempt. this company called wanting us to "confirm the order we had placed, they just needed the model number". Fortunately, the person at the front desk requested that the order be faxed since she does not have authorization to order any items. When the message was passed on to me, the office manager, I realized it was a scam since our service contract includes ALL consumibles for our printer.
