My granddaughter apparently agreed to pay this company for "what she doesn't know" as part of some "contest" on the internet during July.
We have called and cancelled the contract twice.
THey continue charging her the monthly fee.

I totally agree. These people who take your call do not respect the fact that you call to cancel, they go on and on about the benefits. They ignore the fact that you are calling to cancel the membership. I had tried to cancel since October 2010. This was so frustrating. They should reimburse my money back from back then. They are absolutely unprofessional because they disregard anything you say about cancelling. They sound like robots!!! This is a BIG RIP OFF!!!

My son purchased a CD from FYE and we were asked to sign up for some sort of membership, Its a scam ! before the 30 day period was up I cancelled the membership. Today, I visited my bank and they informed me that FYE was billing me 11.99 a month so I had no choice but to close my credit account. FYE has been charging me for a service I do not want or need for several months! Crooks. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!
