horror story-failure to "stay up"

I wore a new pair of your "stay-up Elastic top" hose, in the correct size to my son's wedding. I could feel the elastic loosening after 3 hours, and before the end of the evening I had to continue to try "secure" them to my undergarments. No avail -- just got worse, & "folded" down to my ankles until I gave up and removed them. What a disappointment & uncomfortable situation for what should have been a nice evening. I even has to forego the "dance" with my son due to the problem.

This was addressed to JC Penney.jcp.com. somewhere part of my message got "lost". I think they should know about the inferior product. The comment was in regard to their "Thigh High hose with elastic top" that failed and made for a miserable evening at my son's wedding.
